Endpoint privacy notice
This notice covers the agent endpoint at https://mcp.foundationscounselingllc.com (the MCP server at /mcp and the REST API at /v1), operated by Foundations Counseling LLC. The practice website has its own privacy policy.
It returns information Foundations already publishes on its website: counselors, services, offices, fees, how to start, practice-level availability, and Healing Library articles. It is read-only. It cannot book appointments, accept messages, or collect forms, and it has no accounts or sign-in.
The endpoint does not ask for, accept, or store names, contact details, health information, or other identifying details about the people using an AI assistant. Inputs are fixed choices such as a service or office, an optional age that is used only to filter counselors by the ages they serve and is never stored, and an optional short search phrase for the Healing Library. Please do not include personal information in that phrase.
For operations and to understand which information is useful, each request records the tool or route used, the requesting software's self-reported name and version, the fixed-choice filters used (for example, a service or office), the response status, and the response time. Logs do not record IP addresses, ages, or the library search phrase. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes requests to deliver this service under its own terms.
Booking links in responses carry tags showing they came from an AI assistant, so Foundations can tell when someone starts with one. Booking itself happens on the Foundations website or by phone, under the website privacy policy.
